• the browser must allow local storage (localStorage); if the company clears browser data on close, the analysis in progress will be cleared too — so export a backup; • the first PDF generation downloads a library from the internet (cdnjs.cloudflare.com); if that address is blocked, ACR Pro opens the browser's print dialog so you can use “Save as PDF”; • downloads must be enabled to export analyses and PDFs.

Only in your computer's browser, in local storage (localStorage). There is no cloud, server, database or user account: none of your analysis data is sent to the internet.

This calls for some care: clearing the browser cache, switching computers or using an incognito window makes the analysis stop appearing. Use the Export analysis button to download a .json backup every time you finish an important session.

Yes, with one caveat. The analysis — recording the event, building the causes, using the methods, saving and exporting — works without internet, because everything runs in your browser and does not depend on a server.

The exception is the first PDF generation: ACR Pro downloads a library from the internet once and the browser keeps it for next time. Without internet and without the library saved, ACR Pro opens the browser's print dialog so you can save the PDF from there.

• open the tool with a connection at least once beforehand, so the browser saves the PDF generator; • data is saved only in that browser on that computer — there is no sync between devices; • to take the analysis to another computer, use Export analysis and then Import analysis; • it is not a mobile app: ACR Pro runs in the browser.

ACR Pro generates two PDFs: the investigation report (with event data, team, problem statement and collected evidence) and the analysis diagram (Cause Tree, 5 Whys or Ishikawa, depending on the method used). The files are generated with real text, not as an image, and are downloaded to the browser's Downloads folder.

The first PDF generation needs internet to download the library that builds the file; without it, ACR Pro uses the browser's print dialog (“Save as PDF”).

Yes. Everything you type is saved automatically in the browser — there is no “save” button — and when you reopen the tool, the option to continue where you left off appears. Always open it in the same browser and from the same file or address.

Limitations: the browser keeps one analysis in progress at a time (using “New” replaces the current one and the tool asks for confirmation) and the data stays only in that browser.
